The M&T Bank K-12 Education Loan is a credit-based loan program to help families with the costs of education. This loan is an alternative to leveraging home equity or tapping into retirement funds, and can be used for tuition and any other education-related expenses.

Benefits

Families can borrow as little as $1000 per year, per student, and take up to ten years to repay the loan. This loan has a low variable interest rate that will adjust quarterly based on changes in the markets. There is a 5% guarantee fee assessed and repayment begins 45 days after the loan proceeds are disbursed.
